Web Site Management offers a single Service Level Agreement (SLA) that ensures your web site is connected to the Internet and able to process information. This is achieved through a combination of managed security, business continuity and monitoring services, providing:

  • Connectivity – Your server is connected to the Internet 24/7. Hardware – 24/7 break fix on the server hardware connected to the Internet
  • Service software – A 24/7 break fix time for the web server and operating system running on your server
  • Optional Database – A 24/7 managed database ensures that your web site can store and process your data.

Web Site Management is available for clients that want a web presence and the option to process information on that web site. They have relatively low traffic and information processing and also wish to keep their costs down. This is provided by hosting our client’s web site and optional database on a shared resource (known as shared or virtual hosting) with best of breed products and services. Web Site Management offers scalability in all areas, with easy upgrades routes to
Web Application Management or Complex Web Application Management.

Available on Microsoft’s Windows 2000 server platform with optional Microsoft SQL database and using the latest server hardware from HP, our Web Site Management offering is pre-engineered for performance and security. We monitor the web server and database to ensure that contention between different clients does not exceed a 60% total utilisation. If it does, additional resources are deployed.

Once you subscribe to a Web Site Management solution, you can be online within a matter of hours and experience full monitoring, control and statistics tools. Every server sits behind our 24/7 managed firewall and infrastructure you can even request extra security if you want it.
