Hardware - BSG provide a guaranteed break fix time on hardware

Service - We can also support the services running on your server

Application -BSG provides complete application support (database, business and user layer) with the ownership of the application SLA transferring to us. In order for BSG to be able to do this we utilise proactive monitoring tools that consist of off the shelf hardware, software and port monitors along with bespoke application scripts that may be provided by the client or written by the BSG application management team.

Security and Business Continuity - We can ensure that your data is secure at all levels against your SLA, through a range of security and business continuity services.

The response and time of response will be agreed with you and defined in your SLA. Through the BSG group, we are able to offer an SLA that ensures connectivity to your company locations and UK based internal IT systems, all the way to the desktop.
